Hello, I beta tested ESO a long time ago, but finally managed to buy the game. I have tried to recover my account, but I keep getting "Access Denied" when going to the proper site. I have cleared my Cache. Deactivated my Firewall...my security software is not functioning to begin with. How can I recover my account if I am unable to get to the support site that helps reset it?
