ESO + Purchase Not Working Since 2 Days

So bought 1 month Eso+ 6 days ago 16 November 2016 and i was able to use it till last night and now i can't.
I am steam user and i actually bought Eso+ for the first time from steam. I never received
email or something about any problem. So anyone have any suggestion to how to fix this or activate etc ?

    Man it seems as of 11/6/16 everyone with Steam has this issue. Look in the bug forums.
