So I purchased ESO plus last friday through STEAM and everything was fine.

My account status here on the web site says ESO plus is active.

however upon logging in today ESO Plus is not active on my account in game.

No ESO plus buffs
No access to any of the DLC's
No crafting bag

opened a support ticket last night.

got this wonderful reply.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience that you're having to deal with.

When a purchase is made through Steam, they will be in charge of making sure the in game benefits are applied to your account, as well as handling any refunds that may be in order.

thank you Zenimax for helping me "a loyal customer" with my issues regarding real money purchases. I am sure it is that dastardly STEAM that is at fault and not you.

after all you would never leave me "a loyal customer" hanging high and dry with problems with YOUR service.

in all seriousness, could you please actually attempt to fix my issue and not pass the buck? if you can't fix it, escalate it to someone higher in your company that can
