it is still RNG to get one, but it is a better chance to get a unique drop than a random generic drop as far as I have seen.

Its RNG but its 100% guaranteed to be sharpened. Took me 4 kills.

You don't need to do it in vet either, that speeds it up if this is your last piece.

drops maybe 20% of the time. If you have a group of four, odds are someone in your group will get it.

Debaser was accuirable in oblivion?

And that it is in eso only means it is daedric in nature? So an anvil ruler got that blade in in his grave in the 3rth era when the hero of kvatch saves a bunch of merchants from a merchant thats unknowingly being sold grave robbed goods 🤣

Debaser in oblivion is a short sword in appearance. The Debaser in ESO is a Dunmeri 2h. They are probably just two different swords with the same name

But why would you want viper 2h sword? There are tons of better proc sets and if you want it as a backbar, 2h axe is better
