I mean I purchased the costume from the crown store and now I have the code for its unlock again and while the horse is nice I kind of would like the crowns on the costume back. Also if I paid for skyrim, it also means I paid for all the bonuses it comes with....Darkstorne wrote: »To clarify, you want a reimbursement on your free stuff? Just to make sure I'm not misreading your comment before I start laughing at you.

No company or retailer or whatever else will ever reimburse or exchange freebies in any shape or form. You pay for the base product, whether you have the use of the stuff that comes with it is entirely up to you. They hold no obligation to give you anything or exchange anything other than the base product perhaps, certainly not any promos or freebies that come with it.
Do what others suggested - be nice and give it to someone, or you can even sell the code on eBay - that's what I used to do with game vouchers I got with my PC hardware purchases (nVidia/AMD) - this is no different.

Thank you for a decent mature answer to my question. Seems rare on these forums.

There's a reason for that though. Silly or obvious questions tend to get matching answers. Heck i said pretty much the same thing anyway.

well the forum is a place to ask questions, and i took advantage of that. What is silly and obvious to you might not be to someone else...unless someone enjoys freeloading off their grandma's wifi and sits all day writing snide replies that don't really benefit anyone, then why even bother to write it? I asked a question in a mature manner, and i should get the same in the answer. Just because you have anonymity doesn't really mean you have to be an imbecile on the forum. But i really don't know why i bother myself cause you or someone else is just going to reply in the same manner, but my question has really been answered, even if it took 14 replies to get the right one. but thanks for your time anyways.

Wanting reimbursement for something that was free isn't silly? That answer isn't obvious?
