i would like know why the promotional event like this don't can have player's in Brazil ? what is explanation ? . In the old event of the trunk of 1 million dollars also occurred the same.
maybe this restriction there are for another country too.

Your country has the explanation. I am sure zos wants as many people as possible to participate, but not by breaking any laws.

Try Google, shouldn't be to hard to find why your country doesn't allow it.

Some countries/states have issues with sweepstakes or have large legal hurdles. For example in Florida the company holding the sweepstake must put the full value of the prizes in a bank account to assure they will be paid out. Having a few hundred thousand sat around doing nothing can be hard so it's not worth the time of some companies to hold a sweepstake in Florida.

So check your local sweepstake laws, that's a good start.

There are numerous threads on this. Some countries have restrictive laws or it is very expensive to have an online lottery.
