My PC is broken, is it at all possible to transfer my PC account to PS4 so I can continue to play?

As the title states my PC is broken and I would really like to continue on my ps4 using my PC account that has 1000's of hours invested, Is there any way at all of transferring this account data over as I can't justify starting a whole new account? I will be purchasing a brand new physical copy of TESO ps4 and would even pay for the account transfer.

✭✭✭✭✭There isn't such option at the moment. ZOS doesn't offer system transfers and have not said that they intend to make it possible one day.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
