Not receiving any info on what is going on makes this whole flipping mess even harder to swallow.
I still cannot wrap my head around what was sooooo important that they had to take the servers down on a Saturday. Did no one at the ZoS office think about worse case scenario... a 4 hours small hotfix turns into a weekend event?

Did no one at ZoS speak up and say... "Hey, worst case scenario something happens and this is no longer a 4 hour outage on Saturday but an 8 hour plus outage, can this hotfix wait until monday?"
Speaking of which... is ZoS ever going to state what was soooo important that you had to take the servers down on the weekend? I really really hope it was not because some people were getting extra VMA weapons.

They are recovering and it's only affected purchases and redownloding previously owned content. And it's working fine for me now.

Also don't patch again on a Saturday unless it's critical. XBL is stupidly unreliable and you walked right into this trying to patch at the most prime time they have. We didn't need what is an unjustified last minute outage.
