What the hell is wrong with loot system?

Hey ZOS!
Does malestorm destro staff exists? Why for 3 month of farming it and from weekly reward with 2 characters i recive only useless garbage?
For Example i recived 4 sharpened bows, 4 sharpened mauls + a lot of garbage trait melee weapon from weekly, a tonn of daggers and swords from chest and just ONE destro staff with useless decisive trait from last boss chest.
Yesterday i recived resto staffs, and today i recived 2 restor staffs and still no DESTRO!
Can u there finally do something with this stupid loot system?

✭✭✭✭10 weapon types, 9 possible traits. 1.1% chance of getting the exact weapon and trait combo. If you actually ran the arena once every day that would amount to about 90 runs in total. The chance of you not getting a sharpened fire staff is 36.6%. So you are just a bit unlucky. On average people will get at least one by their 63rd run. But that's an average.
