Was soloing this dungeon on vet and the last boss's health refused to go below 100% re entered dungeon, didn't help.

✭✭My guess would be eh1. That boss has a damage shied which he recasts quite often, so even with multiple dds you can only slowly damage his hp pool. If you solo it, maybe he recasts the shield before you can break through it.1
