PS4: Designate Dueling Areas -- PLEASE!!!!

Dueling is ruining the game experiencing. Every single time you head into a high traffic area like crafting stations, banks, or use wayshrines in populated areas, there are a half dozen or more players engaged in a duel. This slows down rendering and slows down the interactive steps of using a wayshrine. Please designate dueling areas outside of high traffic areas so the rest of us who don't engage in this activity can also enjoy the game and get are business without interuptions.

Went there yesterday, only one person there, everybody still prefer to duel in where most people are.
Hence ZOS should really restrict the duelling to a certain fighting grounds, easy for spectators to go and for duellers to meet up.

I just ran right through the middle of them on my way through. They'll get over it at some point.
I have also turned on my 'reject duel invitations' option as they have no interest to me at this point in time.

That isn't the problem. The problem is with the delay of rendering NPCs and so forth that the player must interact with to accomplish goals. Even the simple act of training the horse takes longer. You arrive in a place like Vulkehl Guard and you have to wait for the Stablemaster to load because their is the extra workload of keeping u[ with the various fight animations. It slows things down.

IDK if this is related to dueling, but since the One Tamriel update high traffic zones (Wayrest, Belkarth, Elden Root) load extremely sluggish. Makes visiting these places very unsatisfying.

I also noticed that while I'm scrolling in the GUI (inventory or at crafting stations) the list jumps back randomly back to the start, making deconstructing or selling very dangerous. Might also be related to the load/stress related to dueling.

The lag might be caused by the swarms of returning players, tried logging into IC in a no bar campaign, took 20 minutes, idk if its cause a lot of people were logging in or just cyrodiil doing its usual ***

You don't realize how sluggish eso on ps4 is until you've played on pc. I have the same Internet, so it isn't an isp issue. The game is so much smoother on pc. Add-ons really do well for substituting quality of life improvements that Zos should implement, like a search feature in guilds. Seriously, the economy is so much healthier on pc thanks to add ons. But I digress...

I can't stand when there's a delay in my skill cast or bar swap on ps4. It can be a matter of life or death in harder content like vMA. The state of the game on ps4 is sad once you can see the two side by side.

Just an idea, ( I really don't care where people duel right now, it might start getting annoying if I hung out in towns) but maybe dueling inside a city should make guards attack and give you the same bounty as "attacking innocents"
