After being subscribed on and off since the start off TESO I recently came back for some questing and exploring. (my way off relaxing, after a hard day) Well so far no relaxation, first it started with my char getting booted from the server after an hour or so off questing, which resulted in error 326 character locked. Well ticket to ESO Support, should be easy to fix i thought, well a few hours later it was fixed, character unlocked.
Next day same happened again, got booted, char locked. since my ticket was still open, I decided to reply with the same problem, next thing I get my subscription cancelled and account banned. Really, banning accounts, no explanation?
Instead just an e-mail saying:
Greetings,
After a thorough review of your account, it has been determined that the account did in fact violate our Terms of Service. We regret to inform you that your appeal for an account ban reversal is denied due to the evidence within our system.
Due to the extent and scale of the violation, it has been decided that the ban on this account will remain in place, and that all services related to this account shall remain deactivated permanently. This decision was not made lightly, however it is final.
Regards,
Elder Scrolls Support
And after sending a reply, just asking for an explanation of what I've done wrong I get:
We reserve the right to not disclose any information regarding the action taken on this account. This decision is final, and we consider this matter closed.
What's wrong with just questing, maybe recreating me char over and over. Bit harsh to get banned don't you think?
