Can't log onto my main character any more :/

Affected character: Basil Ieya-Sil

For some reason I can no longer log into my main character - the login process just times out. He's currently stationed in Rawl'kha.

I was able to play him without a problem until I needed to log in to him around 4pm Brit time. My other characters all seem to load in just fine.

I read a few posts of this happening. It seems that the advice is NEVER log out in popular or DLC zones IE alliance capitals or the 5th cities Rawl being especially true. They say the issue is with primetime and too many people being there perhaps try it late or early if you can.

Do you use Master Merchant? If so, try disabling it at the character login screen. It may have been chance, but after multiple failed attempts to log into a character in Rawl'kha last night, I disabled MM and it loaded in fine. I then re-enabled it.

Try turning your settings down to minimum when at character select.. then try. That got me in the other night.

Thanks very much, guys. These suggestions all did the trick and I was able to log into him and move him out of town, then put my settings back.
