I'm solo (CP > 160) and now I can see many low level players wandering around. My question is when both of us see a monster (we are not grouped), in my eye it will be CP160 with 30k HP. What will the low level player see? And when we both attack the monster, how does server deal with damage it takes?

Elephant42✭✭✭✭The monster will appear exactly the same to both of you, and the server will deal with the damage the same way it has always done.
What is different with 1T is that ALL zones are now battle levelled in the same way that the DLC zones are. That means your lowbie companion will have their stats boosted to those of a hypothetical average CP150 player, with the relative quality of their gear being factored into the boosting equation. That is the better quality and closer to level their gear is, the more the player will be boosted.
