The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now back online and patch 10.0.1 is available.

Reloging, Reloadui or Restarting Client don't help.
Also tried changing graphics settings and disabling all addons.

    This issue is actually getting fixed with today's Live update (that is, it won't be a problem when we launch today). It's tied to NVIDIA's "Super Resolution" feature.
