When selling at guild, who is the house cut paying to? The guild? ESO? Or who?
Listing fee is paying to the guild? So the guild benefits?
Thanks

Half goes to the Guild, half goes to ZOS, or, rather, just disappears as a form of a Gold Sink.
Listing Fee I think just goes to ZOS.

The 1% listing fee is a gold sink, the selling fee is split 50/50 with 3.5% a gold sink and the other 3.5% going to the guild.
So in total from any sale the seller gets 92%, the guild gets 3.5% and 4.5% is the gold sink
