Maintenance

How come noone is complaining about the once again ludicrously late announcement of maintenance, and complete disregard of their European customers when choosing the time? They have also handily chosen to make the announcement non-commentable! I have never experienced such poor management of maintenance in any other MMORPG

While number 3 might very well be true, they could choose to perform maintenance on european server at nighttime as well, causing minimum impact on the players, yet they choose to place it in daytime every single time. In my view unacceptable.

I wake up at 3am, so the really early maintenance affected me. They can't please everyone with the times sadly

This ^, it isn't maintenance with no notice, there has been a banner on top of the forums since Sunday saying it was going to happen. If people don't bother to look it is no-one else's fault.

Tip - Always check the forums on Sunday, that is when the banner detailing the next week's maintenance schedule is posted.

Well you obviously managed to get to the forums now, can you not just check in on a Sunday to look at the banner? I run a trading guild and part of my job of running a guild is to have a look here on a Sunday to check when maintenance is going to happen in the upcoming week.

Because morning to early afternoon is not prime time for MMOs. Most people are either at school or job during that time.

the only day i have off work and you have maint and not only for 1 hour or two hour but for 8 hours..im so mad right now i could run a marathon in my underpants while singing supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!!

It was on the log in screen yesterday afternoon when I logged into the game at 4PM CST.

Because i'm tired of complaining to them if they always ( in my country ) do it in MID day...
Why not at night? Naa complaining doesnt help so thats why

Games been working like crap since the last patch.

At this point any maintenance is better than none.

you do realise there was a message in the launcher start screen and on the main forum page, 7am is a good time to do maintenance since most people will be getting up for work/school at that time.
