That alcast video is pretty bad. He's just one more person giving black rose credit for all of the constitution passive and not the minor amount black rose actually adds. He also converts the passive into a straight up regen value when in reality you are never hit at the exact moment constitution cool down is up.
I'd like alcast to post some PvP videos (without a pocket healer) where he has this 'unlimited sustain' that he claims in this video.
Actually I think it was 3, but none was older then a month, wich isnt too bad imo, and the issue is still very much relevant. You are ofc entitled to your opinion as I am mine.

The point is that with BR, you can sustain indefinitely and tank a lot of damage while still one shotting people.
Also Vicecannon is a noob trap and an awful set. Viper, alchemist, and archer's mind are all better for ganking. Who uses a dot set in a gank one shot build?? lmao Build for burst, not a dot.
Vicecannon not the best but far better than BR in a gank build yes? That was my point which you also seemed to have missed entirely. Also, people being able to sustain indefinitely is your POV. As for people wearing BR and still one shotting, its the fault of those broken sets working in conjunction with each other. Viper and veli are prime examples. Fix those. BR is fine as a tanky brawler set. Remove or nerf *** like viper or alch. Stop gunning down sets that are completely fine as a stand alone.
My point was that your point was wrong. BR isn't a gank set. Stamina builds are not all gank builds. Stop drawing the similarity. BR overperforms in open brawls. Ganking is beside the point.
Do you think you could do that with Reactive?

Stam NB lacks a direct reason to use a magicka dump, and that is why it is not as viable for NB open world.
uh? stamblade is the most magika-dependent stamclass of the game (for pvp), that is why most of stamblades are forced to run drinks instead of food in open world.
The magicka usage of stamblade does not pair with the way black rose returns magicka. Sure in a duel it is fine, but open world heavy does not pair well with cloak. Giving up the movement speed means that you are not going to get away/position well, and since cloak takes you out of the fight you are not getting the magicka return of black rose. Being able to cast SA or Shade more than there durations will also not help you. Hence it does not pair will with heavy like the other stam builds. The only argument that could be made would be about fear, but any target you use it on will get CC immunity.
In a duel it is probably BiS as all the other stam builds, but I personally think it is bad for NB open world.- Mojican3 -

Your personal playstyle was.
Not sure if alot of you can make the distinction.
I personally only cloaked to cleanse dots, or get guaranteed crits to set up a combo. Mainly used dodge roll and los to avoid dmg. You know, playing smart. Not gank a squishy in a crowd and do the dodgeroll cloak game and expect to get away 90% of the time.
I'm not sure if anyone bothered to read the 7/7 HA armor constitution passive between BR and other HA sets is only ~250ish per 2 seconds, if the stars aligned and optimum scenario. It doesnt change much 5/7 if at all.
Or dont mess with the 30k hp SnB tank monster if you have a build that cant apply pressure except burst? Dunno cant make you L2PEdited by Lokey0024 on September 17, 2016 6:04PM0
