i bought steam wallet funds... [ PLEASE HELP ]

I bought steam wallet funds $40 worth, and when I try to buy crowns it wont give me the option to use my steam wallet.. I read a third party wesbite should redirect me when i click buy but it doesn't. I am very worried because i may have wasted $40...

I bought steam funds because the eso store would not process my credit card so i asked in-game and someone said buy steam wallet funds, then go to the crown pack u want and it should redirect me..

I did not but this game through steam also.

please tell me i can do something about this

For what it's worth, I'd guess that steam has a flaw in the system somewhere.. That's not a new thing for them, but at least they usually fix it fast

I did not but this game through steam also.

Did you buy this game on Steam? Steam Wallet funds only work on ESO if you bought ESO on Steam.
