As a person who playes maybe 3 hrs a day maybe more some days im always BROKE.

Lol I just dont have the time to farm mats and sell and all that stuff . A friend told me about a website that sells gold and is very trustworthy. Im defintely gona start buying gold when i need it to upgrade gear

Now my question is.. Can i get banned? i just dont see a problem with buying gold on a website because i dnt have the time to get the gold to make my gear gold and its not hurting anybody.

I play 2 to 3 hours each day, and I have more than 4 Million in the bank. And all my alts are in Gold Improved Gear.

If you have 15 to 30 minutes, and a DC character, you can earn 10K or more in gold in that time frame. It does not even need to be DC, but there is a DC area that even a Caveman can earn that much gold from stolen loot.

Also, once you reach end game gold starts rolling in. I can pick up 20K to 40K in gold easy doing 2 to 3 hours of PvE and that is without farming, just selling mob loot.

Gold is far too easy to make in this game to support gold sellers and getting banned from the game. Besides, these are criminals your dealing with, and dishonest people are not trustworthy, no matter what the movies tell you. Or, maybe you don't care about your credit report or the sanctity of your identity, all things you may put at risk dealing with these sites.

You can (and most likely will) get banned for buying gold.

Also you should be aware the people selling it will not have earned it honestly. In the best cases they use automated programs (bots) to farm nodes, or camp spawns and other profitable spots and to auto-list items for sale. But it's not at all uncommon for them to get it by hacking into accounts and stripping them of everything valuable before the owner can get it back.

Plus have u ever heard of anybody getting stripped of ther gold ? I dont think so thats made up forsure. Not one person has ever even came on here talking about being hacked for ther gold.

Seriously?? 3 hours a day is a huge amount of time, you definitely have time to earn gold.

All 6 writs, top tier, take under ten mins to do and give you 4k Gold, XP and chances at Gold tempers / surveys. That's 28k a week with next to zero effort

Stealing like crazy is a route. Or trading, joining a trading guild helped me..sell that mob loot / things people like. Columbine for example, its a free herb, worth a grand (console)

Yes it's bannable.

You're giving someone else money to make profit off of a concept that isn't theirs. A lot of the gold acquired are stolen from hacked accounts or hacked guilds. It makes the game P2W. Lots of reasons why it's not allowed. Regardless of your reasoning, don't do it. You will get banned.

It is 100% not allowed. It doesn't take much to make massive amounts of gold in this game, without breaking rules and getting yourself into trouble. I farm for a couple hours a week and sell everything and make at least 100k a week between two trading guilds.

Lots of people go on stealing escapades and make a ton of gold that way too. I just hate being sneaky lol, so that isn't for me.

I just want to point out that the 1st AD Grand Overlord on NA PC got to max rank working just as much as you, and that required substantially more time dedicated than would require you farming mats to get gold tempers for gear.

And people don't come here talking about how they were hacked because they generally will avoid being put in situations that could cause that in the first place.

I have friends who've made substantial money off of illegitimate gold earning in other MMOs, and they get banned for botting, scripting, and cheating gold from others, because selling gold isn't a legitimate, safe enterprise. Sometimes, the people who farm it are exploited, overworked people in 3rd world countires when there aren't bots or scripts available.

Don't buy gold; it's sketchy and, more importantly, it's against the rules.

If you're up for the task, best legitimate way to make gold is completely shifting the economy.

Basically, buy up as much as something that you can, and then sell it at a higher price. Essentially, monopolize the market.

Completely legitimate, it just requires a big investment and a lot of time.

BEST way? I dunno. A good way that I know of? Go to the Bank of Wayrest, steal everything you can find. Log out. Log back in. Steal everything again. When your inventory is full, go to the Thieve's Den in Wayrest and sell. Rinse and repeat for however long you want. Just don't get caught. Losing everything you picked up is a terrible waste.

Other than that, just loot every mob you come across in the game as you go along, and when your inventory is full up, sell it all and then go back out again.

The best way I know currently is to run trials with a guild and sell the drops via a guild store. Even the normal trials can be done without being a super strong character, and can be done within the 3 hours a day you have to play.

Solo, stealing, doing the three consumable writs, and grinding will net you a fair amount of gold. Find an area with a lot of owned containers, and do several loops on multiple characters till you hit your fennce limit. Same with the consumable writs, multiple characters I mean. These 3 writs tend to give you a net increase in mats to do them, and occasionally drop items to sell in a guild store.

Grinding, best if done while exploring to keep it less redundant, and possibly get some boss loot. Best would be places like the Orsinium public dungeons, or any delve in Cyrodiil with chests so you have a chance at motif page drops. When your bags are full, return to town. Vendor it all, unless you need the mats from deconstructing, or it might sell better in a guild store. Even with a few deaths, you should have net gold gains.
