I feel that that the EU console maintance times are completely unacceptable. Starting maintance in the EU at 11am get may not seem too bad to some, but for many in Europe, that is early / mid afternoon, which means that for us, it can easily account for a whole delay without the ability to play the game, especially if there is a reasonable patch to download.

Perhaps it is worse when you look at the US maintance times - 4-6AM. Clearly, an effort is made to complete the maintance when many of the American players are asleep (I am aware of vastly different time zones across the US) but there is a total disregard for those in Europe. Additionally, it states quite clearly in the maintance forum, such events should start at 10am, not 11am.

Can we please have the maintance times reviewed? I appreciate that there is no ideal time for maintance, but with such a large player base in Europe, you cannot keep treating them with such disregard. It may not be peak time, or at least not quite, but not everyone has the opportunity to play the game through the night, or even should.
