Except for the part where stam pulls 50%+ more dps than magicka and people scoff at non-Templar healers and non-DK tanks. PvE is just as imbalanced as PvP.

Only if you listen to unenlightened people who do nothing but follow the FoTM. Magicka is by no means 50% behind or even 25% behind stam on majority of situations. Casters are pulling 40-45k single target while stam is pulling 50k-53k, and all of the Hard mode trials highly favor caster builds with damage shields and easier accessible healing. PvE has been more balanced than it has since the game came out, specs have clear strengths and weaknesses now.
