What The Heck Did I Do Wrong?
So I did all the Daggerfall quests:
Stros M’Kai – 1-4
Betnikh – 4-5
Glenumbra – 3-15
Stormhaven – 16-23
Rivenspire – 25-30
Alik’r Desert – 31-37
Bangkorai – 37-43
I did all the Delves in every zone and I finally reached Coldharbour... but started there at level 44... which confuses me because I already did all the quests on another toon (also Breton), did the exact same quests in the exact same zones and completed all the exact same Delves... and got to Coldharbour at a higher level (I think I started at level 46 on my other toon).
So how does that happen? Why did this new toon begin Coldharbour at a lower level? Did I do something wrong?

Nope, this is not wrong. If you finished the quests, you can move on. I know a friend of mine did all main story quests on his Sorc to get into Coldharbour, then later Silver/Gold-zones to get Meteor on a non-veteran character.
Might've missed a side quests - if you did it with someone you get more EXP. Maybe you did some dungeons on your other character? Or anything else that might've given you EXP?Ignorance is the greatest weapon of tyranny.
