[PS4][EU] Cheater and Farming BOTS

I have seen couple farming BOTs in Craglorn lately, can you guys fix it? Most of them wear the same costume and follow the same huge route one after another at specific interval.
This needed to be fixed ASAP as it is ruining the fun for players.

But but but this game has bot protection! Massive lags and disconnects because of this super awesome bot protection! It also auto bans those botters so they can't farm 24/7 without ever being stopped! Therefore this must be a lie! There are no bots! The bots are a lie! ZO$ would never ever allow this! ZO$ showed how important is to them to stop botting! It never happend that bot reports just got deleted or haven't been touched or weren't answered. Never have bots been able to run around more than a few minutes. Trust ZO$ to fix this immed...

Sorry to be so sarcastic, it's just so painful to see this game going down the drain...
So much wasted potential... 7 million accounts...just imagine there would be actually 7 million players...

Are these the ones i usually see- always vr1 have a psn of scrambled letters and numbers, literally sprint the whole time between nodes. Always thought it was chinese gold farmers rather than actual bots

I can't even imagine what would happen to the server if it had 7000 connections at one time... 7 million is a fabricated BS number.

If you think they're BOTs, report them in game. In the help section there is an option to report players.

they are using some sort of USB devices like cronomax.

PS4 has bots? What? Are you sure about that, bruh? I'm not doubting you, but I'd look closer at it. Sure I'd report them as other people have said, but I don't exactly think they're bots. While a PS4 can be jailbroken and essentially modded, it's practically unheard of. The CoD and GTA franchise further proves this, as those 2 franchises are known for being filled with exploiters and modders. And they all say the same thing. The mods have to come through PC and or PS3 first, before touching PS4. As something in the framework of PS4 won't allow the modding to occur.

If you see someone you suspect of botting it's best to report them in-game, or by submitting a ticket on our help site.

The more detail you can include the easier it is for us to investigate. Names in particular are important (and obviously can't be shared on the forums given our policy against naming and shaming). Server information (which you've also included) is important as well.

Reporting wont do any good in my opinion since zenimax can't find people using things like chronomax and even if blocked they will simply make any account and bot again. you guys should have one character in each faction and on each server and console to visit and check them by yourself.

for starters , go to uper craglorn (south west on map, near shada's tear) -DC - PS4 - EU ... you will find alot of those

Zeni did a great job as smashing bots and gold sellers right after launch. They had GMs all over in game to zap them, and their anti bot code seemed to work very well (even if many attribute it to the decline of Cyrodiil stability). This far out from launch its not something that is getting much attention from the zeni staff. Reporting them, accepting their presence, and moving on is the only option.

Zeni might look into it and ban the account. Or they might send the account owner a "have you checked out our Crown Store? XP scrolls would make your automated farming even more effective!"email.

There is no stopping them. You will see them in every MMO unfortunately. If mere children can hack Call of Duty, then I can only imagine adults or children can figure out of a way to hack ESO on a PS4 as well. Sigh.
