App Crash Closing 32 bit .exe

Game is up to date and now every time I close the game I get "The game has stopped responding" and get a system app crash notice on eso.exe. I launch from the 32bit .exe file NOT the launcher. I saw this listed as an issue on the previous update. I am guessing it's still an issue.

✭✭✭✭✭It is also an issue on the 64 bit client. I get this every time I close the game, even if I just open it to the login menu then close the game before I enter my password and log into the game.0 -
