If they care at all.
All these threads and angry comments on the horrible Breton hero costume, and Zos doesn't even seem to care. The first two hero costumes were okay, not that great If you compare them to the Hero's from the cinematic, but not as bad as whatever the Breton one is supposed to be.

So what do you think? Do they care? Or did they make their money?

I would have not any problems with that costume if not a ,,limited time offer" few days before new update comes. Really cheesy.

There is no telling if they care or not, but no one forced you or anyone to buy it. I have been looking forward to this costume but ended up passing it due to the ingame look.

The development team cares, the business side won't give a refund. Its likely because they aren't staffed to that degree at Customer Service. If they ever decide to allow refunds, it will be some sort of in-game ability, not something handled by Support.

Considering they haven't responded.....

They know how utterly low effort and terrible that costume is. Problem is you can't see it immediately from the Crown Store view screen unless you really look. Most people just say "OMG IT'S FINALLY HERE I WAITED YEARS THANK YOU ZOS!!" so they impulse buy.

After 5min they are very disappointed because it is utter trash. One of the absolute worst costumes (if not the worst due to prior expectation/pricing) they have ever released

Money made. Customers ripped off in some way in order to capitalize on time invested. They don't care, but what's new? This is a trend people, not an outstanding case.

perhaps next time use some tact to gather opinion regarding the costume itself rather than the developers/design team.

ZOS have made their money off of the hype alone. ZOS knew thet most of the sheep would have brought it, before even looking at it. Just because it's a limited time 'Hero's" costume. GG

I'll hold my crowns till Race and Name change comes out next month. I expect the race change to be 5000 crowns the name change to be about 2500 crowns and the appearance change to be around 1500 crowns. So I'll need all my crowns if I want to get 2 race change and 1 name change tokens.

I guess, the game isnt getting better... PvE lag PvP lag.. Disconnecting alot in PvP sometimes in PvE but NPCs etc take for ever to load up especially AD Grathwood DC Wayrest and EP idk i dont play EP still need to lvl my Stamplar

They give you the option to preview before you buy, its not their fault. Maybe they should make better quality costumes in the future but as far as refunds then no, its mainly your fault

In my opinion, almost all male costumes look ugly as hell. Everything looks like you're wearing a tight bag all over your body with drawings that represent the clothes

All indications are that they care. For all I know, they agree with you, but that is what they had to make. They live with different restrictions than we do and what we call "junk" they might call "the way it has to be done". Mod makers can make armor that uses 10x the polys and pixels than the game itself uses for armor, and that stuff looks great, but performs like a drunken skeever when in the game. I can't turn that into "they don't care".

But.. what do I know? I still, can't understand the cow-dog's "howl" and why the audio team would deliberately do that... this will baffle me all the way to the grave. This appears to be an "artistic difference" of an audio nature, which I hope is an aberration and not a new common occurrence.
