Varen Legacy set bugs

Was hoped to test "fixed" Varen set, however noticed several very dissapointing, especially for templar, bugs:
1. Instead of 10% proc rate it has 100% proc rate. Impossible to test effectiveness of set with such huge bug.
2. Bug that work same way as with Bahraha - Spear Shards and Solar Barrage for some reason are not considered as AoE and doesn't proc Varen while AoE of all other classes proc it just fine. It means templar AoEs doesnt work with this set. It must be fixed.
3. Sweep ultimate initial damage also doesn't affected by set, however DoT is working fine.
4. Puncturing Sweeps main target in first damage tick reciving enormous bonus damage.

1. 100% proc rate fixed and now working as intended 10%, channeled AoE not affected by set anymore as intended.
2. Solar Barrage can now proc set.
3. Main templar AoE - Spear Shards, still doesn't affected by set.0
