This is awesome I can't wait to go back and play this again.

In addition it sounds like it is coming to the PS4 and Xbox One which explains why it was never released as a backwards compatible game.

    They had a nasty habit of turning up when you least expect them.

    The version linked is PC. But it should be on the Playstation and Xbox digital stores when it comes out. It might even be there now as a preorder. :smiley:

    I doubt that will be the reason this thread gets closed. I don't have a high opinion of the mods here but I don't think they would be so trivial.

    That said a official remake of Morrowind would be nice especially if they don't dumb it down.

    One of the best things, imo, is the 64 bit client. It will hopefully help support better mods.

    When it says "and all of the add-ons" they can't mean I need to install every add-on available? They must mean DLC

    They mean the official DLC. The stuff that comes with GOTY.

    I'm looking forward to it but wish it was going to be free for the consoles with all purchased DLC. As it is Skyrim and FF XII both being remastered is going to make me consider getting a PS4 to sit next to my Xbox. They'll probably fight like cats and dogs when I'm not looking. Maybe if I get identical skins they will be more comfortable together?

    As others have said, there is a team working on Skywind (Which looks amazing btw), and less known is the same team working on Skyblivion. Hopefully they will be done in a couple of years.

    But even Pete Hines recognized the mod work these guys are doing in one of his latest interviews.
