In addition to its bugs being fixed, its healing buff needs to be changed to Major Vitality IMO. Major Mending + Major Vitality + 30% is too much.
I'm not convinced the bug is new. I recall some 2.3 videos featuring Malubeth that seemed very off.

Why should Fasallas Guile and Maulbeth bypass the Major/Minor buff system that ZOS methodically forced every other buff/debuff to conform to?
That said, I just want a basic bug fix and we can see what we're left with after.
I don't think you know what a witch hunt is.

I'm with this. Fix the bug, you'll see half the game stop using it.

It is super strong on a templar because of major mending, especially when you have 2+ person on you.
In 1v1, unless you are fighting a DOT build, it's decent at best.
This set won't make you survive agains't 2+ good player at the same time.
But it will definitely help.
People don't seem to realize that when it procs, the beam breaks after 10 meters..
Considering that this set is especially strong on templars and that templars are slow as $h!t....
Just dodge roll away from the templar and voilà.
Otherwise, the said templar will simply puncturing sweep you to death while healing himself ridiculously.
If you guys really want to talk about cheese, let's talk about Templar Sun Shield build. I've seen these some guys surviving with 10-12 people on them.
PS: I am a Malubeth user on my Templar, not hiding it. I have been before everyone started complaining about it and I don't intend to stop using it.
I find it really funny that 90% of the persons that I'm fighting do not attempt to break the beam... just like most people instead of interrupting the Dwarven from Engine Guardian when he's healing just continue to attack their opponent, uh?
I'll repeat one last time... Break the beam, guys... ; )
It's not only OP, it's broken...
Can't defend it.
You know something is OP and broken when everyone in Cyrodiil is using it xD
I am kinda glad the helm can be bought now. Means everyone in cyro can have it (the shoulder was already on sale a month ago). The more prominent the issue, the faster it will be fixed.
Hahahahahaha hahahahaha! *Falls over laughing*. It's been broken for months, the devs won't fix it. At this point they either can't find it (not smart enough) or they just don't care (about PVP that is).
Professionals, like SWTOR and WOW developers fix this kind of thing right away. Days, not weeks or months. @Wrobel is a little kid picking his nose and wetting himself in comparison. It's not op, and people shouldn't be banned for using it. The set worked just like its tooltip says for months and months, and not one peep from the community. Heck, I rarely saw anyone else using it aside from myself.
The set is broken since the DB patch. Something in the calculations is clearly not working properly and is resulting in 12k+ heals from the tether, which has never been and should not be the case. It just needs a bug fix. The more you forumtards push for anything else, the more likely ZOS is to nerf the range or duration into oblivion and never fix the bug, leaving the set useless for eternity.
My guess? Something in the code is taking the CP count (501) instead of the level (50) as a parameter.
It's a bonehead mistake, but they need to consider reducing the base set effectiveness as well. It's currently 'too good' for Templars under battle spirit.
Why bother to nerf healing 50% and then give most of it right back? Again with ZOS idiocy.
@ZOS_BrianWheeler Please run the numbers to see how common this set is becoming. Whether it's bugged or OP, its rate of use should show you that it needs to be addressed ASAP.

More often than not if zos listens to these cries they Just end up nerfing the item, class or skill to worthlessness and history tells this take time and time again! There are way more factors involved. I play a DK tank both magic and stamina. Ive used Malubeth for a long time (since v12 was cap). Please just keep an open mind and to be honest I am just thankful I can play my DK again my prefered play style. Im afraid they will go off like a bad barber......You ask for a little off the top and you come out looking like you are ready to ship off to bootcamp or something. +cheers+

Whether this set is broken is not debatable anymore. It clearly is. Whether it was OP before is another question entirely. I hope you can still enjoy your preferred playstyle when this set isn't ridiculously broken.
Rate of use is definitely a metric that ZOS devs should always be aware of. It is a *sign* that an ability/set *may* be OP. Anyway, in this case, we now know why this set is extremely popular: because it is extremely broken.

You didn't state anything to support your statement though bud? Saying it's clearly OP and that rate of use is evidence of this is just so hard for me to accept? Even if zos nerfs it to dirt ill use bloodspawn!! Thanks for the reply. Ill be curious to see if zos takes the nerf bait !-:-) :-)
