Evasion Skill and Veil of Blades Need Tweaking

Evasion skill from Medium Armor skill line, should be renamed Ethereal, and it should be able to cancel aggro from enemy npcs. Allowing for there to be no conflict between tanks and the rest of the group. Casting it will make the enemy forget your character for a few seconds.
Veil of Blades slows enemies down by 70%, but what is the point of this effect if the skill is a melee one? VoB should temporarily blind enemies, making them miss, and lose track of your character, or another morph would be to bring forth blades from Oblivion through the ground, and impale all surrounding enemies in the air, and cause damage over time to them, as well.
If players can draw attention, there should be a way to get rid of it, for players not tanking or being NBs, besides going invisible.

✭✭We used to have skills to blind our enemies so they would miss a percentage or sometimes even all their attacks for a certain duration. But unfortunately zos removed those skills over a year ago. Their argument was that players were confused and didn't know what was happening so they had to remove those skills.0 -
