Best build for Breton Nightblade

To all the build gurus out there...what would be the best build for leveling solo PvE for a Breton Nightblade? For PvP if I were to go there?

Current level is 47. So not starting at the beginning.

Tbs with nerenith. I use thief and apprentice. Seems that bit better than shadow on solo pve play. Trials just take shadow instead. Stack cp into physical don't really need a lot of spell res as breton has tons of it anyway.

TBS for solo pve? TBS is good if people can keep horns, buffs up all the time...
for solo PVE I advise using julianos with Nerenieth. Scathing mage would is better, but is hard to get.
all glyphs are magicka, spell damage on jewelry

And go destro/destro instead of the mostly use DW/destro build.

funnel*/merc.resolve/sap essence/impale/inner light (single target) [soul harvest]
syphoning/twisting path/cripple/blockade of elements/inner light (DOT) [ice comet]

*replace this with force pulse if you can sustain it.. does an attack in 3 elements and Nerenieth can proc on each one of it

make sure to get a syphoning ability on each bar for the extras

hope this can help you along

example: yesterday in SO Nerenieth procced 19 times, good for 237K damage on the Serpent (was with my julianos, cause forgot to switch to TBS)

Scathing is far superior but good luck getting a good set now. Used to be what 4 traits to farm it in now there are all of them. I went on a farm trip and remarkably got 2 pieces and 1 from the chest with the shackles and all were prosperous and training. If you've got the patience to farm it then yes it's far far better. Shoes do drop more frequently now. Just a shame when they said guaranteed drops to set pieces they meant from the 3 pledge bosses, so the overfiend and watcher don't give a drop 100% of the time.
