Does any support people monitor the support forums at all?

    Apparently they do, I've occasionally posted about a problem I was having and had someone tell me they opened a ticket on it and then it's followed up by email.

    But probably not at the moment. I think it's a national holiday in the US today so if anyone at ZOS is working it's likely only a skeleton crew dealing with the most urgent issues.

    In general I'd say if you have a problem you need support to fix it's better to contact them directly (via the link at the top of the page) than to post on the forum and hope the relevant person sees it. I only post issues on the forum if I want to know if it's affecting everyone else or if I think it's a problem on my end which I can fix but I'm not sure how.

    Today is a holiday, while I would assume customer service is outsourced, I'm not sure the support forum itself is included. I would say send a ticket, but reading your issue I see you couldn't if you wanted to. Even support via Support Page sends a code if it doesn't recognize the machine. They really need to change that, I mean who is worried about someone hacking their account to leave a support ticket.

    With it being a holiday, it may take a bit perhaps a Forum Mod could help or maybe @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_KaiSchober @ZOS_RichLambert will look and notice they have notifications for this thread now and could help direct a CSR agent to help you.

    Cannot do that, my problem is I am no longer able to receive emails so when I go to post a support ticket it tells me after I log in to enter the code sent to my email to proceed. UMMM my problem is I can no longer receive email from them and you cannot change your email without logging into support.

    Rest assured, there are customer support agents working today. If you are unable to receive your emails from us at your current registered email address, you can always click the "Can't log in" link on this page and then select the box on the right to submit your ticket.
