Both of those skills tabulate the full ticks in the death recap regardless of what they hit you for.
For example, if you have but 1 HP left and get hit with RO + VD you could easily see that 20 + 12 damage even though a single light attack would have killed you.0 -

Edit: im impressed with the dark flare, the tooltip has to say around 30k. That's impressive imo

That man is still EMP and won't be losing it anytime soon he about 7 million Ap ahead of second place for DC.I really don't think that man sleeps for how much he plays.Golden guns is good but idk about the best, I rarely see him without an entourage lol. He was actually emp just yeterday so maybe thats why the radiant ad flare look so strong2 -
