Proximity Detonation was change to Proximity Water Bucket
- all damage was drop and only hits those infront of you. Proximity Water Bucket now causes those within range to be affected by a new debuff called "Drenched". This effect will differ on the type of armor the enemy is wearing.
- Only way to remove the debuff is to remove the current armor and allow the yourself to dry...
Wrecking Blow has a new affect called Lift off
-this now if used again within 2 seconds of using Wrecking Blow , you will be shot high in the air and slam in the ground.
and... New world boss that spawns anywhere in the world... it a very vicious beast.

Paralyse✭✭✭✭✭- Due to a large number of players complaining that ESOTU is insufficiently similar to Skyrim, we have implemented Skyrim in ESOTU. All towns, NPC's, encounters, quests, dungeons, mines, towers, fortresses, caves, and so on will now be available to visit in ESOTU at their appropriate locations in Skyrim.
- To further enhance the game experience, Dragons and Shouts have also been added to ESOTU.
- Players can unlock Shouts by killing Dragons and harvesting their souls.
- Shouts slot in place of the Ultimate ability on the action bar.
- A new skill for Daedric Summoning, "Twist And Shout", allows advanced Sorcerers to "twist" by swapping out
Shouts and Ultimate abilities in the middle of combat as needed.
- (Optional) Players can instead pay 500 Crowns to immediately unlock all three words of a given Shout.
- Dragons have also been added to existing ESOTU content for seamless integration.
- All Dragon types are Veteran Rank 15 and do not scale to the zone in which they spawn.
- New players and those under Veteran Rank 15 should probably avoid initiating combat with Dragons.
- When entering Skyrim, your skill lines will be temporarily replaced with their Skyrim equivalents.
- In an effort to increase the number of players who are able to experience Trials and Veteran rank group content, a new option has been added to the interface: Entitlement Mode.
- When Entitlement Mode is activated by the group leader, all players instantly receive kill credit for all boss
encounters within the chosen group content.
- In addition, activating Entitlement Mode also awards Legendary quality loot of the exact items that you need
from each encounter, complete with optimum enchants and stat weighting.
- For those players who feel Entitlement Mode is still too difficult because it requires grouping with other players, a
Crown Store-specific item, the Special Snowflake, is now purchasable for 5,000 Crowns. When the Special Snowflake
is activated, the player chooses a particular Trial or other content which would normally require grouping. Once the
choice is made, the player receives all of the best loot from each encounter, optimized for his, her, or its class, skill
lines, and build.
- Entitlement Mode and the Special Snowflake do not work in Cyrodiil.

There has definitely been someone who mentioned "Cadwell's Platinum" as a Veteran-scaled version of your home alliance... I definitely do like the class-morph idea, but this time that wasn't what I was thinking of
lol. Not quite... at least not from me Enodoc . I have suggested the idea of visiting "Masters" of each class to change your class... and I've suggested "Master Leveling" where you get leveled down to the level of a player that you are grouped with as a sort of "mentor".

Perhaps you're thinking of TheShadowScout 's Class Morph idea where, after completing Gold, you are given the option to choose a class morph (a new class) to add on top of your current class.
Cadwell Platinum I found so many of them (over 20) that I couldn't be bothered to go through and find which was the actual one that I remembered.
