    I hope the patch will fix these problems because the game is literally unplayable for me...

    Having the same issue, once on the 24th, which fixed itself and it started again yesterday with no resolution.

    Staff is taking forever to respond to the ticket i sent, which makes me think they went on vacay and left me hanging...

    I think it is because of Eastern, they haven't responded to me neither.

    I doubt that they will have anything useful for you in their ticket response as I strongly suspect this is a internal network/server issue on their side which TOS incompetent engineers are not capable of fixing. It may be abit off but i think a clear example of this is Cyrodil lag.
