Huge FPS drop since last patch

GPU: asus r9 270 directcu ii oc edition
RAM: 16 gb
OS: Windows 10
Before the last patch my PC ran on High settings 59-75 fps, fairly stable. Or Ultra 34-52 fps, still fairly stable
Now it's running at 25-53 on high, and very jittery. I turned down shadows, but it had no affect at all.

Amphithoe✭✭✭✭✭Same. In certain areas like forests etc fps can be at around 60, interiors 100, but if I enter a city or some other areas fps can sink to 20+-. Running on High graphics setting to keep it reasonably stable.
