Character Screen stuck on loading

Game crashed and kicked me out 3 hours ago and I cannot get back in. Keeps "loading" the character screen. I hard booted the Xbox several times trying to get it to work. Let me add its on the North America Server

Jailbirdy✭✭✭✭✭Same thing here, I submitted a support ticket, but no acknowledgement yet. I thought the server was down, but my guild mates are ingame except for me and one other.
I don't know how often they read this forum to get help, I will let you know if I get any answers from them.
