New XBOX One patch / UI is messed up (fixed)!

I am sure this has been said multiple times but the UI for the new XBOX One patch is really messed up. It is missing text for most things and the UI scale is too small. Heck even NPC's that had names prior to the patch now just say "Offline". When talking to NPC's such as merchants there are no item descriptions anymore . To get an idea of just how messed up it is... go to your inventory... select materials and now try to figure out just what you have for provisioning. The icons are small and jumbled (kind of reminds me of the old nintendo games ui) and there is no item description.
This patch is going to be a chore to play until this is resolved... hopefully this is fixed before it launches on PS4 tomorrow!!

Completely rebooting my XBOX one after the patch installed fixed the above issue!!

I think what may have happened is, I never rebooted once the patch installed but rather just started up the game... at any rate the majority of what I was explained is all good now!!
