I found hard proof of an Xbox NA EP emp boosting with AD to get emp and basically twice as many AP as everyone else and would like him gone. People like him ruin the game. I need to know how to report and send clips

Incorrect. The video evidence will unquestionably be helpful. Sifting through the chat logs is nowhere near as straightforward as simply watching the video.
Not, mind you, that I think the CYA squad will do anything but give a polite reply stating they cannot tell anyone the outcome of their investigation, thus covering inaction without scrutiny.

✭✭✭Well you can upload to a video site, and add the link to your in game report. You can also report, take down the report ticket number, then email the video along with the number in the subject and body of the email. I believe reporting a player generates an automatic email, so you might be able to attach the video to the reply.

Oh, you didn't read it. So you can read the TOS and it doesn't say anything against boosting (why would it), but it also doesn't say it allows it but you determine the latter is right and the former isn't? Backasswards thinking.1 -

When reporting a player and you have video evidence, it can always help your case. You can use the report function in-game, which should generate an email to you that your report was received. You can reply back to that email with any relevant evidence to assist the team investigating your report.
