Unable to revive in PVE using E

As title states, ever since about an hour ago from this post I am unable to revive myself when I die to any npc anywhere in tamriel. I tried restarting computer, repairing client, disabling all mods. And yes, I do have sufficient soul gems in my inventory.
This is quite the annoying bug as I keep having to get resurrected by someone else when I die. Can anyone tell me how to fix or bypass this, please?
Edit: Reviving at way shrine works, but using E to res at the spot where I died, does not.

DDemon✭✭✭✭I am still having this issue, does anyone have any idea what could be the cause? And yes I double checked, I have 600 soul gems of the correct level in my inventory.1

DDemon✭✭✭✭I checked all my other characters, and they have the same issue. I tried running with no mods to make sure it's not one of them, repaired my client again. This did not fix it.0

You're not alone. It's being looked into. Hope they fix it soon, as this bug can ruin vet dungeon/trial runs.1
