Whats wrong with this game? I had 7 huge loading screens in wrothgar today. Seems to me that every time we get a maintanance, old bugs and problems tend to reappear. It's been 2 years now in beta mode Zenimax. Pull your s*** together plz...

Gives me time to contemplate how I can justify my main character who is a force for good in Tamriel becoming a cheap lil thief robbing everybody blind from next week!!!

Still haven't found a way to justify it.

But the loading screens do give time to think...

Wrothgar loading screens are super fun on Xbox... Every third log into wrothgar crashes the game. Try having 7 master crafters log in there everyday. Super fun.

But it's not Zenimax's fault. It's our internet and hardware okay!!! Hahaha. That was a sarcastic laugh... Just in case you were wondering.

they happen more often now than they ever did before. Between the load screens, disconnects, "Blue screens", lag and inability to log in, this game is starting to get to be more annoying than fun. When it actually works the way it should it is a great game but the constant performance glitches are getting out of hand

I still get this issue on and off in Cyrodil and sometimes while PvEing I'll notice longer than usual load screen times.

In Wrothgar, I have only had the long loading screen when in a 6+ group. Once out of the group, the load time was normal.

The same could be said for Cyrodill, however with lag there its hard to say group size was the cause.

It's a weird issue. Some nights I will have them all night long. The next night I don't have any but I see others in group chat saying they are getting them. Its like the server just picks an account to hose up for the night.

I tried relogging/restarting my system several times to fix the issue when it starts up but it doesn't help. It's random and very annoying to lose so much playtime. Thankfully it not a continuous ongoing problem.

I'm PC/NA

Must be you . I dont have those crashes or long loading screens. But then again maybe its just me?

loading screens and lag are the worst things in eso, cant take it anymore

I had some loading screens on my normal HDD, moved over to an SSD disc and the loading screens have been cut significantly. The initial loading has a tendency to be a bit longer - that is first time logging in - but after that it isn't that problematic. I think my average loading time is around 5-10 seconds.

Not sure how it is on consoles though. But on PC with an SSD, the loading times aren't that bad.

I have the same setup.

For the normal loading screens, your observation is correct.

However, what OP is talking about is a bugged loading screen that happens whether you're running ESO on a HDD or a SSD. This bugged loading screen always lasts a minimum of 1 minute but can go up to 3 minutes on a SSD.

I only had 2 long load screens last night. The second one was when I logged out. I don't have the patience to sit and wait for long load screens.

For some reason, this loading screen appears more frequently when you're part of large groups (12+ players).

If you don't PvP or run big groups for dailies in Wrothgar, you should never experience it.

now on cyrodil azura...teleported to aleswell because someone wrote on zone reds inc, 2 mins, 6 mins, still loading screen and hear battle music, 10 mins, 12 mins, still loading screen and now I hear musisc when die, 15 mins and more still loading screen...
this is almost always now whene teleporting between keeps or just ressurecting...now just go on mount 3-4 keeps from home base or teleport and restart game..

You're lucky... i died in azura... i quit... when i logged in later i found myself dead somewhere in a far far away galaxy... bigger surprise was that i couldn't res myself or respawn to the nearby wayshrine. I had to wait some lost traveler or explorer to get me up.

Stop insisting that lag threads with relevance that can span years aren't still pertinent or applicable just because you don't have the issue that other people do, or you you prefer to insist that other people just shut up and take it because you don't care?

I manage to ignore threads that name issues I don't have, without belittling the players who have the issues, or calling for them to be suppressed, all the time.

We get it.
You don't have lag.
And you prefer not to be bothered by having to see threads by people who have the same problems that have been threads for years.
And it seems as if you'd also prefer new players who don't know it's an ongoing issue be kept in the dark about ongoing long term issues.
I'm not sure why you want to present that way, but you do.
