    Yes, I play my gender.
    I have tried making male characters but I have trouble connecting with them.

    Nope.
    I play characters of both genders because I just enjoy the fun of pretending to be different people or creatures. If there was a hermaphrodite or some kind of androgynous character I'd play them too.

    Each of my characters has a specific personality and some kind of a half-formed back-story. It's just fun, - like playing fantasy dress-ups :D

    I can't get past character creator without switching it to a man after spending 10 minutes creating it lol just feels off

    Yes, I play my gender.
    My three on console (and one on PC) are all male.

    I have thought about making a female character maybe down the line... but even just thinking about it I feel off, haha.

    Pretty even mix between male and female for me. They're characters - they don't represent me.

    I only play a sorc, which I made female. I'm a male, for some reason I like my sorcs female, if it was an imperial it would have been male.

    Really should have a 3rd option for both.

    Saying "nope" makes it look like you dont make characters your gender at all.

    I'm a guy, I play both genders, but usually female. I look at it like this....If I'm going to spend hours on end looking at the backside of a humanoid cartoon....its gonna be a backside I like looking at. Immersion is not an issue because I don't pretend to be my character, it's just me playing the game
