Changing Campaigns

I want to change my home cyrodiil campaign, if I try to set my guest campaign as the home campaign or choose a different one to set as home, it costs 150,000 alliance points (which seems rather excessive, and I don't have). Does this cost diminish or disappear over time?

No unfortunatley it doesn't. I had the same issue recently, i accidently set my low level character to Haderus instead of Blackwater and there was nothing I could do but wait for the campaign to be over. was pretty disappointed because I had some time off work and racked up about 300,000 AP points in BW but wasnt contributing to the leaderboards

It's been well over 30 days, will this cost to change ever disappear?

It used to only be around 10k-20k AP which was manageable. I thought the cost reduced from 150k AP at the date of the Campaign ending or your next log-in to Campaign after that, though.

Is there any date given for that?

I'll try logging into Azura's (my home campaign) as not done so for ages to see if that changes anything, thanks for the suggestion.

It should allow you to switch for free at the end of the campaign but it does not as far as I can tell.
