todays lag has been unbareable! i have logged in and out 9 times so far and still hasnt helped ZOS please finally fix this

Our methods are not effective.- The lag is terrible.
- ZOS cant/won't fix it.
- So here we are.
We have had some really good lag threads in the past. ZOSE lets us blow off steam, then the thread slowly sinks off the front page.
Just realize that ZOSE WONT do anything about the lag but now you feel better and got it out of your system. Now back to the crown store. Maybe a new bear mount will cheer you up.

Seriously I have experienced strange lag in PvE and the normal stuff in PvP. The other day in Wrothgar I would have good fps and ping, but my abilities would not fire when pressed and the enemies would pause then come blasting at me.
I haven't tested to see if maybe an addon I am using is causing it, but this only happens in PvE and I don't turn off addons for PvP, so not convinced it is an addon.0 -

✭✭I haven't had major lag issues except on a few occasions. But today something is terribly wrong it seems. I can't even load my character, it keeps logging me out and telling me to try again in a few minutes. Takes me 10 seconds to finish a wrecking blow

CavalierPrime✭✭✭✭At least in pvp, you get that cool effect where time stops and you can wander around admiring the frozen battle from different angles, before you get kicked to the "report problem" psn screen. And generally I will still earn AP and bounty kills while the battle is frozen on my end, and I can usually log back in to get the big AP tick. But yeah, any 100+ man battle in Azuras Star and Im D/C'd.0

NobleNerd✭✭✭✭Let's not be too harsh.... ZOS did remove the 500+ deer from Cyrodiil in an attempt to remove the lag.... R.I.P. deer!
Hopefully the 64bit client in 2016 will help with performance, but as far as the huge ping spikes and weird ability lag, I think ZOS needs to keep looking for a cure.... *localized servers - notification system in game - lighting - mega server phasingEdited by NobleNerd on December 30, 2015 8:48PM0 -

They most likly need a sever upgrade and also adding new content tends to lag stuff up, they got to fix many things as well but they do try, I am sure they would have to look into the lag at some point, then they will quick patch it up also it depends on what you play on, and they might need to restart the servers after new content is added to reset everything. But its up to them nothing we can do about it.
Also currently they are on chrismas break they won't do anything til the 4th when they plan to realease new info on the next dlc or possibly release it for testing, they might even surprise us
