Crafting writ survey rip off

Has anyone else been ripped off by the writ surveys? Today while reaching the destination for my survey for Alchemy and trying to pick the first flower the game crashes. When logging back in the survey is gone along with all the flowers for the survey. This is the third time that this has happened. Tried submitting a ticket for this twice in the past, but all zos did was say sorry to hear that and your ticket has been given to a specialized team. I get no response from this specialized team and the ticket shows up as solved in the support window and then they send me a survey on how was the support you received.

@ZOS_GinaBruno can we get some attention on this (specifically the bolded part)? This has happened to me more times than I'd like to admit (XB1, NA) and with how frequent game crashes occur in Worthgar, its fairly disheartening to arrive at the survey location, crash, log back in only to see both the map and abundant harvest nodes gone.
