Cant resive any Email security verification.

Help me please. I cant receive any Email security verification. Spam and junk folder checked, nothing. Cant even contact with support, system requests the code from Email(((

    im in the same boat... havnt played in like 6 months... come back.. cant log in without access code.... access code cannot be found... cant get help on site without access code.... and no phone support... i dont get it...

    I'm having the same problem. I got directed to the support page, that needs a verification code too. So I can't open a ticket.

    Update:

    I emailed customer support & got a generic automated reply, directing me to the support site. I am in a constant loop trying to get into the game.

    I'm getting all other emails from Zenimax fine, as I just got an email congratulating me on my 1 year Anniversary badge, but not one verification code is coming through.

    This has been ongoing since Wednesday night.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated, as I am considering returning to Tamriel, but if this keeps up I shall not.

    I cannot get into the game either. The email associated with my account is correct but I am not getting any emails with access codes. I cannot submit a ticket or contact support because I need an access code to get to that as well, which it says is also being sent to my email. I am not a new player, I just took about a 6 month break as well. I have already bought the game!!

    I ran into this problem once on an old account. It was my email carrier that caused the issue (Comcast.net). I could receive all emails through ZoS, except verification emails.

    I ended up creating a gmail account and making it my primary email for my eso account. It fixed my issue. Not sure if it will work for you, but throwing it out there.

    Wow where is the eso support team? Cant log a support ticket without an access code, cant get into my account without an access code, no live chat, no phone numbers. Another day passes with no response from Zenimax on these forums. I also have a forum post going.

    Will probably have to cancel my sub from the Paypal side as a game with a horrible support system like this isn't worth spending money on. A shame really. /Rant over

    can I get any my verification code -.- cause I want to login game my friends waiting and our times gone for nothing. It's been a week >.<

    problem is I can't get damn Verification Code so If I need help and If still Support side asked Verification code don't you think this is Infinity cycle of repeat whic is I wan't to break it then I can join game and enjoy or you don't want us anymore ....?

    btw wierd side of this story when I join forum I earned badge about 1 years etc. and instantly I get this mail
