I can't find Commander Jano anywhere, been trying to finish this quest for three days now and the target it nowhere to be found. He's not infront of his tent at all. I really don't want to skip a quest, but I'm starting to fear that in this case I might have to. Anyone know a work-around? It's on Xbox One and the European server.
