Only thing you can do is contact the support if you can't access your former email inbox anymore.
Usually switching ISPs doesn't immediately shut down the email address you got from your former ISP.
Sometimes you have to change some settings from your email client if you are accessing that email box from a new ISP's connection. Most of the time there is a webmail version which a few weeks after cancellation should still be available.
Never register on any site, game with an ISP issued email address as you might switch ISP, move or both.
well I'm realizing that now but ive been with them a very long time..but I cant access it anymore as in new mails... I can get into it for my contacts and mail from before I moved but new mail are not going there anymore..
