Problems with account confirmation

I bought TESO in march of 2014 and i didn't played it much , but recently i want to start playing it again .
So , here is my problem :
The email that i used to my account is an email that i cant use anymore and that i cant log in on outlook anymore , and , if i want to log in to download the game , i need to insert a code that was sended to my email that i cant acess anymore . I know my username , my password and email .
I don't know why , but i was able to log in in the forum , so that's how i am posting this .
Any help ? I am not being able to contact support from Zenimax .
( Sorry for english , i am brazillian ).

    If you no longer have access to the email address originally used to create your account, you should be able to have the email address changed with assistance from Customer Support. They will require some additional information from you to verify your identity, but this can be done.

    Do you still have access to your account page on account.elderscrollsonline.com (this would make things easier, as they will ask you for the security question you have setup)?

    You will need to open a Ticket via https://help.elderscrollsonline.com (no easy way around that).

    If you do not get a response, or find that you are unable to get a ticket open, then you can try sending a PM to Gina Bruno, or even reference her in a response on this thread.

    as indicated above ... go to http://help.elderscrollsonline.com and click on the "Request a password reset" link on the right side of your screen.

    Even better, Click on the account suspended/compromised link (leads you here: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/account_recovery).

    Then you can specify a new email address for them to reach back out to you. You will need to supply the info in the form, and give details as to what happened (such as that your email is no longer available). Specify a new email address for them to apply to the account.
