Known PvP relevant bugs

1. Battle Spirit is still being removed when changing zones (delves, sewer entrances, and occasionally transit) for a lot of people. This has gotten better in that it doesn't happen all the time, but often enough that we have to all check every time we hit a load screen. The solution is to remove all your gear and change zone again, or log out and back in while naked. This was demonstrated and replicated by the devs on internal systems, so they have evidence of it. @ZOS_BrianWheeler the last time this happened to me was two days after the Orsinium patch, though there are other people experiencing it every day.

2. Fall damage hitting you for 3-4 times your total health. Any spell or ability that kocks you up while you're on uneven surfaces (most notably stairs) can kill you with 75k fall damage even if you land in the same place as you were knocked up. This is the reason there are so many more volcanic runes placed on stairs, and 20 people in opposing groups all casting meteor at the same time when you're about to take stairs. The solution to this is to hold block before being hit, though that's not feasible for most people. This is also easily demonstrated - just go stand on the lower wooden stairs at Ash mile gate and have someone use a wrecking blow or cast a meteor on you. If you land on the same steps, you're dead. @ZOS_GinaBruno it would be very nice if we got an acknowledgement that you're working on this. Even if it will take you six months to fix, knowing that the relevant team is paying attention to significant things like this would make a lot of people feel better. It seems as though bugs that affect PvE as well as PvP are fixed VERY quickly (such as the unlimited stamina by blocking while stealth walking in today's patch) though issues that ONLY affect PvP are largely ignored.

3. Some peoples' proxy detonations are hitting for about one million damage. It's easiest for DKs to do it, though it can be done by all classes. It was quite disheartening yesterday to have a group of 18 people (the Emp group) all be one-shot by the same person using this exploit three times in one minute at Nikel. This bug does not work in PvE, as it's apparently a scaling issue with multiple player targets. It looks like the damage multiplier is 125 instead of 1.25 in some conditions. @ZOS_GinaBruno here's a perfect example of a PvP-only issue that doesn't affect PvE. If the details on how to do it are made public, will it be patched next week or will it be months like other PvP-only issues? Bug reports and reports against the two DC players using it were made every time in the past two weeks that we've seen it used. We'll see how long it takes..

4. Being stuck in combat for about 4 minutes has been a thing for a long time. After finishing a fight, there are some people who can mount right away, and others who aren't even able to mount after running the distance from BRK to Chalman. People have been complaining about this since before the 1.5 patch. There is obviously something / some player aura or buff keeping some people in combat. Is anyone even looking into this?

    Willows path and CPs not affecting regeneration provided by drinks (pretty big deal imho as drinks are mainly used in pvp builds).

    So, I apologize if this has been covered elsewhere, but I noticed today the champion point bonuses aren't behaving properly.

    I took my DK and equipped a lower level staff so I could get my damage to a flat number for flame lash (4008 was the closest I could get to a round number.)

    I then changed my champion points from 0% increased flame, shock, frost, etc to 10%. When I went to look at the new number, it was 4012.

    That's an increase of .1%, rather than an increase of .1 or 10%.

    Did someone seriously misplace a decimal? Or am I missing something?

    Don't forget my favorite. I call it PvP Flash. A player (or you) will go into huge sprint or something, usually happens during battle and someone activates Rapid Maneuver they just go flying and they usually die because they can't control where they are.

    Also UI numbers are wrong, I keep the same amount of spell damage in the ui while removing 1 torugs pact piece. Maybe we see a magicka recovery that isn't that actual number.

    Almost all players I know wit suddenly ressources issues are combining drinks (food) with the atronach mundus stone.

    I have no problem with this if it gets rid of a zerg. That's what they get for thinking they're safe in a blob.

    494 champions points (but I started haivng this bug before I reached 200 cp), I use 5 willow's path (or 5 kagrenac's hope, I loose battle srpirit with both) 3 willpower 1 bloodspawn 1 kena 2 thorug's pact on dual wield bar. 90% of the time I loose battle spirit is when I enter/log on in Cyrodiil with dw bar active.
    On my nightblade I have 300+ skill points and I used them all (basically all class and guild passives, 2 weapons, 3 armour and almost every crafting passives). It's the only char with that many skill points and the only that loose battle spirit very frequently. I tried to reproduce it on my dk (who has 120 skillpoints attribued), but I couldn't, even with the same gear and as many champion passives unlocked as possible (at least one point per champion passive)

    Double check your actual damage numbers and make sure it's not a tooltip-only error. Elemental Expert and Thaumaturge have been bugged like that in the past.

    To add to this thread:

    Some of the Gap closing abilities are acting strangely.

    Specifically, Toppling charge (Templar) leaves me unable to use any skills at all, including dodge roll, about half the time.

    Teleport strike (Nightblade) spam can leave you CC'd permanently for some reason unless you time your CC break properly. This might have something to do with the no minimum distance required and the 1.5 second immobilize with gap closers.

    Others can comment on their specific class, I am sure. Most of these are known in the community.

    Toppling charge has been very buggy for me. Not going off when cast if the player is up or downhill from me. Not being able to weapon swap or use a skill afterwards. I have died several times or missed out on damage because of this.

    Everyone is using hundings rage and agility, willpower and kagrenacs or willpower and julianos ... + 1 piece kena ... obviously ;)

    I tried to use Twice Born Star set on my DK (four armor pieces, 1 piece on each weapon bar). Used magicka regen and stamina regen munduses. Magicka regen mundus kept dropping so I was left with much less regen several times, to the point where I don't even feel like trying again really. This was happening at the Imperial City at least, but I could not pinpoint when exactly it happens - if it's upon death or when porting between zones or what... It certainly doesn't get dropped every time I switch zones.

    I've got a fast machine and I still get stuck almost every time I use toppling/explosive charge, though it seems to happen 100% of the time during big fights where everybody's ping shoots up. In smaller fights it doesn't happen as often. It has even happened in PvE a few times too.

    Very unlikely the focused charge bugs are client sided considering that those bugs didn't exist at the start of the game didn't start happening until sometime after. They broke/nerfed it just like so many other skills.
